I keep finding landing pages that ask for me to enter my email to start earning money online. What do they do with this email and how do they earn money from it?

I will only share this secret with one person... but i will only share this with people that are serious... serious enough to give me 1000$ to prove that they are serious.

If you get it, then you get it. If you dont, ill take bitcoins.

They re-sell it or spam you with "buy this book on how to write books to sell"

They want to sell you their method on how they make $$$$$

Which is usually by selling their method to you.

The vast majority are simply the first step in a long funnel that will lead you eventually to either Herbalife or some other MLM, some scam binary brokerage company, or some kind of telemarketing scam trying to sell you an amazon affiliate site for 100k. It never stops at an ebook or video series "method", those are just the loss-leaders.

Once they have your email, they will bombard you with crap offers for the rest of your life.
Eventually, you will give in and buy something ... then they own you.

As they say, "The money is in the list."

Building an email list of subscribers is imperative for most internet marketers.
If you build a list, establish yourself as an authority, and give some great free
stuff to your subscibers to help them along, you can make an income for life.
You have to handle your list very carefully and make sure that you do not
spam in any way, or you will lose your subscribers.
