How do get a hashtag trending?

I know this is a question as old as time, but I thought some of you might offer some insight.

I saw some services ($500+) outside that allegedly get your hashtag trending in smaller countries and locations (not the U.S, etc.). So how do you go about getting a hashtag trending?

Is the location trend based on 1) phone number linked to the account? or 2) the IP address, or 3) the bio location?

Suppose you have around 200 PVA accounts. What do you need to do to get trending? I know Twitter's algorithm is a secret, but I see a lot of parties (political and otherwise) that get shit trending with fake accounts. They must have figured something out.

All you need shit tons of accounts posting about the same stuff over and over again with an engagement like retweets and likes comments etc. But you won't be able to rank hashtags in big countries.

Couldn't agree more, bigger countries are a league of their own. So (if you have the knowledge/experience), do these accounts have to be from this country's IPs or have the phone numbers from the same countries? or simply put the countries in their bio?

From my testing there have been big changes to the weight hashtags are given since several months ago. I used to rely on hashtags for all my traffic, no following/dm etc. However one day my traffic suddenly went to 1/10 what it used to be.

Initially I thought this was due to using adult hashtags but since then I have been testing with several other niches and all showing the same nerfed traffic levels on hashtags.

To Trend a hashtag you need to walk through a couple of Twitter influencers. Those influencers will inform other influencers to make tweets with your hashtag often. If you want it to look real then make them form a story using your name. In other ways Giveaway works very fast.
