I am going to do a project around the DHS (dept. human services) Voc Rehab.
To do it I think I will need to collect real email addresses, to contact these people.
Is there a service that is known to safeguard email addresses?
I am thinking of putting some CPA on it, possibly some Adsense too. So it will be monetized. I need a way to let these guys know, if they decide to participate, that they won't be marketed to by the email they use to register.
If they participate I am hoping they will tell me how badly Voc Rehab f*cked up there job search.
That way if anyone, like a lawyer, needed to contact them they could. Or a state representative.
The CPA I can do, it is up to them if they want to participate, so there may be no need at all.
Anyway, who has a Gold Standard reputation for safeguarding emails and is affordable. OR maybe all I need to know is how do I let them know that the email address they give won't be abused.
