How do FB block IP. [AD Account]

I think my fb home IP has been blocked. Do you think they block account based on originating IP address e.g if it was made on 4g and migrated to use at my home IP it would work as it was made on 4G address or do they block all that access a specific blocked IP.

When you create an account on IP 4G you can log in to your IP 4G account and should not use your home IP, because your home IP is already blacklisted for facebook and it will be blocked immediately.

Interesting, I bought a new modem / internet subscription with a dynamic but sticky ip and only one user - me. I was wondering if fb could block dynamic ip's as dumb as a question as this sounds, ive heard they can?
