How do digital agencies send us emails?

Hi. I switched from hostinger mail service to titan mail service.

For the past 3 weeks, I have started receiving fewer guest post messages than before.

I'm trying to understand where the problem is.

Do some digital agencies use any services to find us and send us emails?

I expect to receive more guest post requests by signing up for these services.

They use a scraper to find the email address.
What could be limiting is that the email hosting may be using a (different and stronger) spam filter.
To increase your chances of getting outreach email (honestly it's mostly spammers) is:
1 add a simple contact form.
Remove any bot verification like cptcha, cloudflare, from site and from hosting (this may depend on your site hosting)
Create a write for us page.
