How do adult profiles get views?

twitter literally blocked all hashtags about adult stuff, and google also doesn't index most of the posts, so im wondering, how do those profiles get views to their profiles?

and my other question is everyone says twitter bans those profiles but when i check i see thousands of those profiles, does twitter allow that stuff or not?

From what I can tell, adult profiles tend to share the content of other adult profiles like some cross-promotion type of thing. The accounts also release content regularly and pretty much promote the other places you can generally find them. As far as I can tell, they don't really use hashtags either but they @ the other accounts linked to them or those they've maybe collaborated with or something.

You need an strategy for that, this can be use bots with automatic messages everytime a user follows you or interact with you or a "welcome message" there are infinite posibilities. Right now twitter and Reddit are the best traffic source for adult content
