How difficult is to rank this ?

Hi, I have found some kw and Im wondering how tough is it to rank it.
First result in google is some article, really crappy, NO SEO optimized.
The site has around 1k backlinks, havent analyzed them(how to do that, which tool to use ?), but
there are 0 backlinks to that specific article which is popping out on #1 result on google.
How tough is it to rank for that kw ?

So easy to rank for. If the keyword have decent searches and looks profitable then go for it!
