How did you make your first 100$ online?

Clickbank.

I was in college and I'd use the school's printers to make a ton of flyers promoting a clickbank product in the "Attract Hot Girls" niche. I didn't own a domain, so I just cloaked the hoplink using a shorturl service. Oh, and I'd put these flyers up on bulletin boards in dorms, classrooms, basically everywhere.

Its more then 5-6 year ago, I make my first cash from microworkers to do micro job. Hole night i have to wait for work. At the end of the night i get some job to do like FB like, Google+ share, vote etc. Thats a great memory now
 
Self clicking ads on my parked domain. Damn the feeling when I got my first payment from bodis.
 
Ripping off videos from clickbank Landing pages and uploading on youtube. ( how to make mobile apps niche) Had around 40 videos up was making steady 60-100$ a day. Than faced a mass flagging
 
I was like 13-14 years old and I was doing blackhat AdSense method. And 5 years after that I am still doing it. :D
 
Buying pirated cheap from the local market, then made a gameplay video of it and added some "cool" songs in the background. Then i would show these videos to other kids and sell those games at an even cheaper rate to them. ( I was selling one copy of the game to 10 people so made a lot of profit) :)
 
Sitepoint forums, when they were a baby, had a section for design contests. Many members would join to compete with other members to win other members' design contests. The prizes were money sent to you directly from the contestholder, those were the days when these siteowners (usually forums) wouldn't get in the way with rules and taking their cuts (them days are long gone). Anyway, I entered several, lost several and finally won one logo contest with the prize being $100. The contestholder was a bit of a butt, but I did get paid. That was my first $100.
 
Legally, it was from mintmail, back in 2001, where you'd get paid to read emails.
 
Content locking and YouTube if I remember correctly. I made some cents with Adsense site before but the first $100 i got was with YT/CPA. The first money I ever made online was 0.06€ with Adsense :D
