How Did You Make Your 1st $100?

AC back in the day before they got a hair up their ass..was a great stepping stone for bigger and better things - so they had their place.

Unseated an IYP advertiser spending $600usd/mo on a wysiwyg_url got a discounted membership and a little cash, just over $100 from them.

Same here, oh the good old days.

Then i got an adsense checks, what was weird was that i reached like 120 dollars and those bastards only sent me like 89 dollars.

Hey i can't complain cause i did cheat to get my first adsense check, i cheated big g out of some bucks from some useless traffic. Talk about having the lowest cpc(.01 to .09) cents and converting it to the highest cpc(1.00-25.00) now thats smart thinking.
 
It was a very very long time ago. Back when software came in boxes. It involved a rebate for Office and a bunch of empty boxes I found in a storage room at school.
 
Consulting work on a web site for consultant who had a health professional as his customer. The site is still up and running but sucks in terms of SERP.
 
The first $100 I ever made was at a large music festival, back in the days before mobile phones were common. At the end of the night all the payphones in the area were jammed full of coins and were only taking toll-free numbers or cards so a bunch of people were complaining (and worrying) loudly.
My mother had given me her brick-like mobile phone for 'safety', and I sold calls for $2 a pop for about an hour. Made $140 in change. Not bad for 14.
Edit: the phone bill came to $14.12 at the end of the month. Profit!

But on the internet? I sold my old socks that I was going to throw away. Sold them to perverts. Perverts pay well! Polite, too. Never asked anything nasty, they only seemed concerned with feet, feet, and nothing but feet. Still doing it now. Thanks perverts!
 
Made quite good money with reccuring clickbank sales Like MMM, and a lot more with casinos CPA and revenue share promoting the martingale roulette systeme(wich still works like crazy!)

lol, at first i thought that you say you sold socks proxies and i didn't really understand how perverts came into the picture and i was almost done with my theory with your proxies & perverts, when i finally got it :)
it can be a sign to disconnect teh interweb & go outside or better: sleep (midnight here)
 
I guess is was like 1998 or somewhere around there. There was this company, i think it was called Xpics, that payed .12 per click for like 7 different sites. They paid multiple times for the same IP address so long as you waited 24 hours.

Me and a couple of friends went around to every computer lab at Penn State, logged into every computer (there were probably about 500 or so spread across like 15 labs) and clicked the links every day for most of a semester until the site caught on.

I was playin as a webcam girl that needed 1 more customer to see my show before I was able to go home and meet who ever i was talking to.

Made my first money 9 years ago or so, though it was not much.

Worked with survey companies under different monickers (family members :)
 
when i was a kid, i sold random old stuff on ebay. my first real money online was poker. my first IM stuff was cookie stuffing which was nice while it lasted
 
An Astrology report... Had absolutely no idea why and how she landed on my website... and have absolutely no clue what did i send in that report.
