Youtube is the best resource for learning new things. When we learn something with the visual it will be easier to understand

I assume you want to learn on your own? I personally learned Java in highschool when it was offered as a course. Youtube and udemy have good courses on how to code.

Firstly, determine what you want to develop:
- web
- mobile app
- desktop soft
- game

Then choose a popular language/framework which can help you develop your product to learn.

w3schools can help you out with the basics,
you can learn the rest by experience and practice

First decide what kind of programming do you want to learn.

Is it front web development (front end or back end) or app development, mobile app development.

Decide on this and then chose one language and go for it.

You have youtube, udemy, codeacademy to help.

Same way I fixed my kitchen sink I reckon, youtube lol or all the other sites mentioned like codecademy

Sites like udemy are best because they are well organized, just pick one and most important complete it fully, watch it 2 times for better understanding...

I'm just getting my feet wet, but with any process I want to learn gradually.

YouTube is a great way to go, I'm not sure what your experience level is but following along with YT example projects is a good idea.

For me - Youtube, Coursera and alot of trial and error. Make a deal with yourself - pick a nice, long, newish (past 1-2years) course on youtube and watch it atleast 1h a day. Do this for two weeks and after that you will be suprised how much you can learn with persistance. You just need to keep at it.
