Just as the title says. How did you learn to write blog posts for your blog? I have started a few blogs in the past and always purchased my content. Now a days it seems you can no longer rank mid tier quality content in the 500 word range. in the end my blogs ended up failing because I ran out of a budget to buy articles for my blog. This time I have around 10k I am able to invest but had the realization buying content is just extremely expensive now a days and just doesn’t fully seem worth it to buy all. How many quality 1k+ word articles can I get on a website with that kind of budget? 100? 200? Seems a little ridiculous for a website that may never rank. I am a piss poor writer and have always failed horribly in all of my English classes through my life. It was just something that never interested me. Now that I am wanting to start a journey of my own and have it succeed I am now trying to find the places some of you have properly learned to write a meaningful well structured article.

Thank you for anyone to takes there valuable time to respond to me.

I have learned correct English grammar in school / playing video games. I've started a blog last month, and after a few posts where I used Grammarly my content writing has become a lot better. I highly suggest downloading either Grammarly or LanguageTool Chrome add-on while writing in Google Docs.

READ. the most important thing, read newspaper, blogs, guides and then slowly and slowly start implementing them. Ps there’s guides to write content here search for them

Grammarly would help a lot.
Audiobooks and movies.

First know your audience. Writing is beyond grammar, know if your audience will get receptive after reading your article.

Your hand is your tone. Don't try to write like me, write like you. That's how to get a unique content.

Read read read: Good writers are good readers. Read books written by established writers. Dedicate 5 hours a day on articles or books.

Use verbs, active verbs

Read the use of words on google.

Lucky enough to do school in a country with a solid education system that focuses heavily on English, Math and Science as core subjects you can't choose to drop even if you want to.

Practicing over and over again really helps though.

I grew up in the USA, so I'm a native speaker. For various reasons, I didn't have many friends growing up, so instead, I stayed home and read a lot of books. I read at a 12th grade level in 5th grade, so writing came to me naturally.

on my site that now has a good number of visitors, I bring interesting and quality content, I was able to get to that point only by reading the articles of the biggest newspapers that deal with the same topics, without ever copying the articles however, I recommend you to do so at least to me it went well thanks to this.

If writing is not your passion, hire a full time writer from overseas. I did that- you'll get more bang for the buck

Content writing is an art, and any type of art is a life skill that you will learn over time and by practicing it over and over again you will be unleashed to everything that you need with on time, keep exploring!

Check the detailed top blog list, find the top 5 blogs in your niche and read at least 3 articles from each every day, and try to rewrite as many every day as possible and then compare. I bet if you follow this in 2 weeks you will improve massively, just continue this till you are at the level you want to be in :)

READ > READ > READ > WRITE > READ > READ > READ > WRITE

I recommend these steps:

1. Write a Head-Turning Headline.
2. Create a Hook That Grabs Their Attention.
3. Do Your Research.
4. Focus on a Single Purpose.
5. Write in a Unique Voice.

Here's how.
  1. Research Good Content & Always Have a Backlog of Content Ideas. ...
  2. Perform Research on Your Chosen Topic. ...
  3. Choose Your Own Unique Perspective. ...
  4. Apply Your Own Data or Experiences. ...
  5. Create Content on a Subtopic. ...
  6. Use Different Content Forms. ...
  7. Review the Final Piece. ...
  8. Measure Your Content's Performance.

Writing is a learned skill. Sure, talent helps, but experience and practice are much more important. So, practice and you will improve, but there is also something else that is just as vital: reading. You can’t produce quality content of a certain kind without knowing what quality content of that type is. So, you will have to read it and learn what makes it tick and why people enjoy it. Then, you should try and give your own take on it. Never copy anything, but use your own voice. It’s something that will take a good deal of time and effort but will be worth it in the end.
Also, using support software like Grammarly won’t hurt, either.

Read articles, books, updates about the particular topic and keep practicing 2x of time. If you have enough knowledge about a particular topic, it will be easier.
