I had created an e-commerce website back in 2010/2011 and was looking to learn different marketing and SEO techniques for my website and came across an article published on BHW and this forum opened a whole world of internet marketing for me.

What was it for you? How did you come across BHW?

At first, I was doing some email marketing to find SEO clients for Business..

Later, got to know forum marketing is the Best to do.
So, Started researching list of Forums on the Google Search.

Found this Amazing Black Coloured Community back in 2012.

From the beginning of time to still now.,

Never had thought to change this Black Colour Theme , this username, this profile picture & most of all this BHW Forum..

I came across BHW in 2007 after taking on a "general office job". It turns out the company was a whale affiliate in adult and they had "just" finished creating a tool that allowed them to schedule & post FHGs (free hosted galleries) in batches. At that time FHGs were one of the major tools provided to affiliates in the industry.

The person above me would assign me tasks using all sorts of affiliate lingo and I had zero idea WTH anyone was talking about. I didn't want to keep bothering him with questions so I started googling the terms and I landed on BHW. Regretfully, I never made an account (and if I did, it got purged at some point) and interacted with the community. BUT, I was a regular visitor for years.
 
Honestly I do not remember. But I think this must be the case with a decent number of people here.
 
I have been seeing this community every so often, whenever I searched something, but I always thought they are a bunch of criminals in this forum, so I was hesitant to join
 
My boss introduced it to me, to take control of SEOWAYS profile since 2013. :)
 
I asked ChatGPT for websites that have a General Discussion, Off-Topic, or Lounge sub-forum, and this was one of its suggestions. After a while of switching between tabs of other forums I had added to my browser, I noticed that this one was surprisingly active. You go, BHW.
 
I was a CPA Goddess back in the day, and found out about it through a new method I was learning.
 
I was looking for some good proxies :) After that noticed that this is a huge and great community ! Enstablished personally a lot of network
 
I was watching a ton of SEO youtube videos and eventually became aware of blackhat SEO. This led me to watching those types of videos until one of the YouTube users mentioned BHW and was showing off how the marketplace section works.

I believe they were actually showing how you can use some of the PBNs here for negative SEO on your competitors lol.

A good friend, one of my all-time favorite clients, told me to join this forum. I enjoyed working with him back when I was a college newbie. Ah, memories of juggling assignments and deadlines. I'm glad to know some things never change. :D
 
Trying to get free robux in 2016.

Landed on bhw.

Got scared as I thought this was the "deep web" and hackers were here.

Came back in 2019 after wanting to learn more of this online making money thing and joined.

Been here ever since.

I got mixed memories, don't know which one is real actually.
 
Honestly I don't quite remember, is been quite some time now, so I can't remember the particular event that lead me here.
 
It was 2019. A friend of mine told me that we could create cloud accounts and also earn small amounts of income from them. It sounded great because creating an account was very easy at that time. At that time, I was looking for where I could sell these clouds and discovered BHW. But I was not successful in my first attempts. I had a hard time with BHW's rules and becoming a marketplace seller. But BHW's organic structure and environment attracted me and I have been addicted to this forum since 2022.
