Some really interesting answers here, this turned out to be more interesting than I expected.
 
It's the name of my favorite song when I was a child
Still proud about that name until now
 
Cus i thought a pink hat sounded like a dick helmet haha + goes with black hat haha
 
actuallly i was heading for best creator and i mistakenly spelled it wrong.....am a designer and a web developer and i also motivate my self by compering my self with the best out there....so bestcreatres
 
first 3 letters from name and surname here, also use it for gaming. if you see Leobar at some online game, well that noob is probably me :)
 
Back in high school, me and a friend were very interested in producing music, so we started producing some beats. He was more artistic guy, i was the more music one. When we finally created our first one, he suggested to upload it on Soundcloud. But, i did not had a nickname, artistic name - whatever you call it, while he had one.
One day, i went to his house to see the final design of the art for the beat, and while i was looking it, he brought something to drink. The drink was Pepsi Twist, so i thought: Hey, Twist is a good name! He agreed, but it was simple and common. Because i love house music, it became House Twist ( lol ), but now it's just Twist.
13 is my lucky number, so it compiled into Twist13.

Part of my handle is "tical" after one of my favorite old school wu-tang members. I had a style like his and so friends started calling me "TiCaL" .... Later on when registering my first business, I made it "ticalico".

I used to be very skinny as a kid, which led to me choosing my username. It has stopped being as relevant in recent years.

As a further point you would not believe the amount of people who think its a reference to slim shady. No I will not stand up god damn it!!!!
 
I shortened my real first name and 619 is the number of wwe wrestler Rey Mysterio(I admired him when I was a kid).
Hence my username.
 
I m an incorrigible pet lover especially dogs, so my username is generally on my pets name ie. Dexter
 
I have used xcivicdx for over 10 years. I used to drive a honda civic and it was a dx model. you guys can put two and two together :)
