Come first to the electronic cigarette. Then fall: this week 20 cigarettes a day. The following week - 19 cigarettes per day. And so until you reach the one cigarette a day. And there and throw

Never tried to quite, but I think, I can easily.

I am struggling to quit smoking as well. Started during the 2nd year of college and still smoking quite a lot till date. :(
Tried vaping and nicotine gums it just do not cut it.

I was really scared for my health and I stopped smoking for good.

It's good that you invested in it, you are now more obligated to read it. Don't procrastinate, start reading it asap and don't be scared of it - it will not force you to stop smoking immediately, actually you will be asked to smoke a lot while reading it by the author.

Last note: I started smoking again two months ago and at this very moment I am going to the balcony to smoke my last cigarette until at least 2017 :)

So you want your brain/body to recover for a fat year, and then it's ok to fuck up again? That doesn't make sense mate, quit or don't.

Find things where they help you forget about smoking.

What I did to quit smoking was.. Everytime I wanted to smoke, I drank a soda.

Silly as it sounds this distracted me from the idea of smoking. :)

UPDATE: if you want to quite cig read that book if you want to be compell to read it,well just buy it and give something back to the author. the content is really convincing and if you still smoke after reading this book well lets just say u didnt ready it care full better yet listen to the audio immediately after listning to the audio i understand the reason behind the brain wash and the reason i keep going back for more, the author also mention something about a window period of 3 weeks well i think my smoking days are over, am excited about it .lets see how it turns out a big thanks to the users who introduce me to this book
