How did this guy made his account, it can never be banned.

Hi,

I've been into flag wars with one of my competitors and he can easily take my accounts down, banned instantly. While his accounts never get banned, he has morethan 50-60 videos on his channel, all are spam, i flagged most of it but he kept uploading them like instantly, while i'm flagging his videos. He got like 10-20 accounts, all are active no matter how i flag his videos, i know he is using a bot to upload probable it's running 24/7 because the video reuploads as soon as it if flagged.

I'm really puzzled on how he made his accounts, this are not aged or old accounts, they were made may 2012- june 2012. I am really freaking out because he is flagging all of my established videos and leeching most of em. He now flooded first page of every niche I use to dominate.

I'm even thinking he has a backer in youtube that kinda give his accounts some privileged that made it non-bannable no matter how many reports or complaints it received.

I hope someone here can share how to make such account if there is a way.

Maybe hes using multi accounts and ips to flag

Maybe this guy has a lot of crazy friends... And friendship is magic you know.

Hes probably using 1 ip per account, or maybe even uploading each video off of a different ip, and probably just once an account gets deleted he makes a new one automatically? I doubt theres someone on youtube who is allowing him to spam.

also i am doing the same thing started few weeks ago deleting the new videos(by flagging 'em) and then re-uping from our accounts then buying them some nice views

Don't engage in 'flag wars'... Especially if you are going to lose them.

Alright here is the scenario.

I've been using youtube to promote my niche since September last year, everything is going fine, I have mass bans every month but I can recover easily, this is almost a pattern for me for months, no month pass by that I don't get a mass ban, but it's okay because I can re-up my vids easily.

My problem now is that someone stumbled on my niche, then found my site, my competitor made all this generic vids and started uploading and occupying most of the 1st page of youtube result. Even with same video length, same title, same description, seems like he doesn't get omitted results. I was fine by that, but then he started flagging, and i'm losing accounts, he even started copying my videos so that got me mad and I flagged his videos, even after flagging tens of his videos he never get a ban, i spent morethan an hour trying to flag all his videos on that one account but i can't get his account terminated. His account was made may 2012. He got several of these accounts and they never get terminated no matter what I do, when I successfully flag his videos, they are automatically reuploaded a few minutes later.

Lol, sorry I sound bitter, I sound Sour, but to be honest, I am frustrated already. Losing accounts one after the other, even the established ones. My friend tried PVA with API and it was able to withstand several flagging but eventually got disabled.

Anyone out there who knows how to create the magic account, please share.

wow this made me laugh... anyways that really sucks... try using different accounts and IP addresses and mass flag that guy... hope this helps and good luck. Oh yea also try getting ur friends and family to flag him/her as well for best results.

People who mass flag other than for sheer hatred are very pathetic people. But the guy probably just emailed youtube and gave them a heads up on what was happening. I know when some guy tried to flag me I emailed youtube and never got a flag from that day.

Zennopro has given solid advice. Make sure that your account doesnt appear like spam and you will be golden.

Why pathetic, they are just trying to defend their own self-interest. Sorry but same could be said to people who inflate their views with botted views. Just cause you can't mass flag easily or don't have a setup to do it efficiently doesn't mean is pathetic. People just don't get the risk involved when promoting shit on youtube, most likely you aren't the only one doing the same niche so there would obviously be people flagging your shit to take your spot.Thats why people are so naive.

See when i start a niche, i hardly ever just go at it. I always do a few days to a week or two scouting my horizons, checking on competitors, how many videos/comments they have up, what videos they have their shit on, how often they upload/comment etc.
Why do I do this? I am not naive to think am the only person promoting my niche,underestimating your competitors and not realizing what they are capable of doing is a recipe for disaster. Is just as dumb as a white person not from the projects trying to sell drugs at the projects.

This is real life, shit doesnt work like that. Just imagine youtube as the projects, people play dirty is easier to kill you than to outsell you. Just kill you and get your clients. Same thing goes for youtube , flag you and get your visitors.


Now a days you got to use anything you can to hold down your turn turf on youtube. IF people are going to come cry about it, so be it( they just look weak in my eyes).

Just email Youtube and report him due copyright infringement.
