HOW did this guy get so high in Google so fast??

I observe 'buy via*gra' and 'buy via*gra online' almost two months, and they have a very short live period on first page - only couple days and gone. But these black-hatter never die; they will back and leech to another forums.
They will take 2-4 position on the first page and I think it's not bad;
I check that about each profile site be viewed between 2,000-7,000. They will make a nice profit with 10,000 searchers per month and about 300 seachers per day.
With highly targeted traffic + conversion(people really want to buy) = $$$
