From the source code it looks like a totally custom and static html site.

As the source code indicates, they're using a JS toolkit called Modernizr, that utilizes HTML5/CSS3. It's downloadable for free if you search it on google. They have probably also customized it to their needs.

Looks like static html, made by http://www.rvmble.co (checked the css).

If you dont want the expense of custom coding theres loads of full page html5 themes on themeforest.

im not a fan of these type of sites, if i was a customer i would not want to wait for all that flashy stuff to learn up before i could find what i want

Agree, but can't this be confusing for users too? Always took me a while to figure out how such sites work. I think this won't last so long unless it's really used for something useful.

It appears (judging by the source code) to use Modernizer and also TypeKit widgets, but bar that it's just a static HTML5 page which also uses CSS3.

There is a Wordpress theme that has been shared in the download section that is just like this.
