Those are followers from lists.

-Jane disa lista qe kane shume followers , edhe nese je ne nje prej atyre listeve ato followers qe jane ne ate list do te shfaqen edhe te profili yt. Por keto jane fake , nuk bojn pune asgje.

What if they can be converted in Fans? If you convert your profile to a page ?

I tried but didn't worked. Facebook converts only friends and real followers to fans.

yap followers by list, click on the number and you'll see how many real ones he has

They're following a list of followers.
And if you convert your profile to fan page only friends will convert as a fan.

those are fake followers , they aren't of any use . when you click you'll find bunch of followers through lists , and that guy might be in many lists and he's getting hella followers

Yes... surely they look Fake. I don't think these are of any help.
