Came across this company that will get me PR3 links for $12 a pop from a related website to my website.

Was skeptical, so I asked them to provide me a few sample links.

They got me 2 links, PR1 & PR2 from 2 different related websites within a few days.

When I asked them how, they said it's their process, they can't share it. But they contact those companies to get the link - that's all I know.

Anyone know what's going on here?

    And is their price decent?

What was the name of the company and where did you find them?

You can get links though link brokers but these are usually negotiated at a monthly rate.

They are probably offering that guy a link from a site that has an even better PR.

Let's say that some guy has a site with a bunch of PR3 pages. He really wants inbound links that are, say, PR7, but he's reluctant to pay for it. These guys come in and say, well hey, we'll give you a PR7 link for X outbound links on your PR3 pages, and he says OK. They turn around and "sell" those links for $12 a pop. So, how many links do you think they asked the guy for?

It's kind of like PR arbitrage in a way, in that they would be trading a single highly valued link for multiple lower valued ones, and pocketing the aggregate difference.

Of course, they might be doing something else entirely, but that is the first thing that came to mind when I read your post.

Do you guys think it is worth paying $12 a pop for PR3 links?

Why not just find a pr6 ******** blog with comments enabled?
