How did these reup channels get monetized?

Most of these channels will be in cms networks or they have insider connection with youtube staffs and also we know a few channels that have deals with movie companies to upload their shorts videos or summary videos. Same with podcasts and etc, it's kind of like hassle free marketing for these tv shows and podcasts.

So the most viable option if I have a channel like that is to join a CMS network, right? Could you tell me which CMS networks allow reup channels like that to join? Thank you.

Some reup channels stay monetized by heavily editing the content to fit fair use: new voiceovers, rapid cuts, meme overlays, or expert commentary. But others use partnerships with MCNs or content distributors that have partial rights clearance. In rare cases, the original owners just tolerate it because it acts like passive promotion. Monetization without transformation is super risky though you’ll always be one copyright strike away from demonetization.
 
They are editing their content, tons of those fancy fonts, sound effects and this kind of shit
 
It might get monetized but I am sure a big chunk of its earnings goes to the rightful owners of the movie where is it based from.
 
Even with editions, this kind of channels doesn't last long in most cases. I didn't see these channels in specific, maybe they are around for months or years publishing reused content everyday, but in most cases, they are eventually demonetized, I wouldn't invest much time doing that
