Did joining instagram engagement groups really help you grow?
If so, how much do you think it affected your grow rate?

My organic growth and engagement died pretty much. Impressions went down from previous 40-50k to below 10k

To me they didn't change absolutely nothing.
They are just a bit useful to gain a few more likes, but they didn't defeat the algorithm in any way; my engagement keeps dropping.

I tried it for a couple of accounts once. Did nothing, so I stopped. Won't do like rounds again.
