You should change all your information. Log out and update the new information.
 
Please remove all links with other software and applications, log out of all other devices

Why would you even buy accounts from Telegram groups? You should expect some level of insecurity.
 
You should buy accounts from reputable sites, acquaintances, and should create a few clones with your information to keep important things.
 
The information you mentioned is basic to keep your facebook account safe.
