Hi bhw fam,

So ofc we all know 123movies, but I just found a copy site that has ranked for the biggest keywords in the niche super fast..

I just want to know since I have little to no experience getting blackhat sites to rank how he has done it and how I could go about doing something similar to rank some of my blackhat sites.

Has he just spammed high qual backlinks or something? I legit have no clue would love some insights from some of you pro SEO gurus ;)

It could be a 301 redirect, the juice passed to this new domain.
 
It is 301 redirect from old his site.
If you do a little research, you will find he is changing subdomains.

I'm not sure about that but he seems to have got a lot of backlinks pointing to his domain and everytime he changes the subdomain, the juice passes onto next one. In couple of weeks time he should change it to ww17, ww18, and so on...

What is the reason he is changing it so much and so often?
 
So if i get a bunch of dmcas, then just 301 redirect everything to a new domain, the dmcas dont gets passed over?

And the dmca doesn’t get passed through? The new domain now gets all the traffic but without the dmcas?
 
But even after 301 redirection, the old URL keep indexed for a lot of time. Ahrefs also don't show redirected links so fast. 301 is a recommended practice that all know but how they achieved so good rankings in such a short span of time is still a question.

He gets his links removed from Google Search due to DMCA takedowns.

Lets say ww15.domain.com is removed from G search. Changing to ww16.domain.com would make it re-appear in search again but under the ww16 instead of ww15 and the juice will pass from ww15 to ww16.
This is why movie sites change sub-domains so often.

From your screenshot we can see that he made the redirect in Jan 2024.

They work in a page level & has nothing to do with the links and domain authority,
They can pretty much change each page URL & implement a 301, yet it will be time consuming,
Redirecting to another subdomain is much easier and will simply solve the problem for all the DMCAs at once

Can I have the same effect from just changing the extension? Example redirect domain.com to domain.to etc?

Awesome thank you mate! Last question, should I do this everytime I receive one dmca or should I wait for them to bulk up abit and actually effect my traffic before changing?

For any decent website, you'll be getting a DMCA right after changing the URLs, give them some time,
It could/should be done every 2-4 weeks usually
