How did he make these animations?

Hello guys,

I'm watching this guy on YT making funny MMA 3D animations about recent events etc. I was just wondering how does he do it? I think it's not pure 3D animation like in Blender etc. I would like to try something similar in another niche but I'm looking for the easiest way to make this. I know it takes time and it requires work but I'm looking for the easiest way. Blender 3D animation looks too complex for this one.

it is probably just blender. a low poly mesh for the head, make sure you have som hollowed out eyes and a nose that protrudes from the base. then you can map a texture to the mesh and have the eyeballs separate
