I helps me brainstorm a lot of ideas most of the time.
For example if you are eriting a article it will help you with the sub headings for you to work on.

I started to use it instead of google for software development.
Lately, I did a full setup of Prometheus and Graphana only using ChatGPT suggestions.
Sometimes it gave bad query examples because its data is a bit outdated I guess but in general, I think I did the setup twice as fast because the ChatGPT found code examples of exactly what I was asking instead of countless of blog articles and stackoverflow links with approximate information which then I should filter out and read myself.
8/10 would use it again. If it will become a completely paid tool, I think I will pay for it.
