how delete files from computer ??

Hello BHW :)

i know if someone delete files, images, etc etc from computer the traces remain, and if someone have tool or software can restore this files

so, its possible to delete files completely without leave traces ??

Dont link me here a free software :D i try all this before and my last word IS (thats software suck )

Download a software which provides for "secure delete". You can google it. There's a lot of software that does it.

If you did a shift+delete then there are very few chances you would get it back. If you install software now you can secure future deletions but the previous ones are gone
 
It's the best software, and I am sure it's not free...

Search Undelete on the piratebay. Its the best their is to retrieve deleted data... and its technically not free.
 
You can perform a low level format or use a sw that wipes the files and fill the erased sectors with dumb data. Search for prevent recovery (there is a good tool in clean-space)
 
delete files -- turn of system restore and remove all restore points
even if u delete the files, there still there if u do a system restore

delete / turn off system restore make sure all restore points are gone
re- enable system restore
 
Delete the files, and download something big, to make your hard drive full. In this way, the bits will be overwritten.

Delete the file, and make a little program to write stupid files alskdjfklsadjf.txt and fill up your hard drive. Delete them all. Repeat if your really paranoid.
 
If you put your anus near the hdd and fart, the fart gases should be enough to fill the hard drive with many bits and pieces overriding everything on it
