How create and keep active Tinder account

I tried to create many tinder accounts, but after one i know it doesn't make sense. I used phone number from smspva to register and after a while Tinder logged me out and lost access to acc because phone number can be used on smspva only once. Could give me any tips, is there better service smspva which allows rent phone number for short period of time(1-2 weeks is enough for me).

EDIT: Can i sign up with facebook and be active on Tinder being not asked for phone number, just for dew fays?
