Right click with mouse then click on copy, go to your FB account, again right click with mouse and select paste then hit enter on keyboard...

dont use link shortners on facebook. I have just been banned for using a link shortner. My whole site which had over 700 posts was banned and my facebook page is now empty as facebook remove all posts containing any link like that. I have just finished removing over 700 links from my website and have asked facebook to lift the ban. All facebook buttons on the site show an error.

Good advice from above, best to use your own script as you know it's clean, something like google shortner would be ok i think, just be careful of the short link companies that have adsYou can use your own/private link shortening script/service if you like..you shouldn't run into big issues and even if, you could simply change the URL, the script etc.
Been doing it myself
if your site gets banned though, you have to apply to facebook to lift the ban - i know this as i have just had to do it tonight. I am waiting for a reply from facebook to see if they will lift the ban. I have removed all 700 short url links.
