How could I improve my conversions and reduce bounce rate?

am just renovating one of my blogs and I'm waiting for a logo. What do you think I could do to improve my bounce rate which is at about 80% within the first 30 seconds. Also what else could I do to get more people to click on my ref links? Once they are clicked I have a solid 10% conversion rate but there aren't at all enough people clicking the links. How could I improve?
