How Could I get 100+ subscribers a day? Tips needed.

I made a youtube account, talking about philosophy niche etc. I was getting about 50 a day, got to about 3500 subscribers in 2.5 months. However, now it seems to be drying up. I'm getting about 10 a day, and about 1,500 views a day (half of what I was getting initially). I want to get my numbers up to 100 subscribers a day and 10k views a day, but I am kind of lost as to why it dropped or what I can do to improve.

You could always make a blog about what it is your talking about embed your videos and run a ppc campaign to get people watching your stuff.
 
Check Google Trends to see what is going on and do some SEO work on your videos
 
It's really just 2 ways since spammers killed the "intended" way to get natural followers. You can either try the vicious and costly cutthroat way of advertising your channel through Google Networks and beyond (which works) or you could black hat and buy real ranking views for your videos and target keywords and search terms.
 
its not,people getting 10000 subs per day,but they are big channels,remember i thing first 100-10000 subs are hardest,it will take year or so and if u get that and ur content us good then in no time u can earn 100000,.//for op good content is key.and some luck also
