How could i deal with this Spammer

Theres an Instagram profile called NoiseyKidRecord who keeps spamming my email adress to death with his stupid soundcloud promo bs.
I tried talking to him niceley but he instantly went to joking about me and didnt take it serious. Since my provider is Gmail i can only block him which just sends his stuff to my spam folder, but i need every bit of space in my Gmail
for the stuff that im using that email for. So i wanna completely block him or maybe report him somewhere. What can i do? Can i somehow find out who is behind all that and let him learn a lesson?

What would you guys do

Knowing who's behind may take bigger effort than cleaning your spam folder regularly, create some imacro if you don't want to do it manually.

Don't know what are your needs but I've never met anyone who was running short on gmail space for their emails, perhaps you should consider downloading old emails to your local disk or create another gmail account to use as backup/storage.
 
Can buy report (complaints) on his Instagram account. Smm panels sell even such services)
 
If you can't report that person, I can only suggest that you should clean your spam folder regularly.
 
You can create a filter to automatically delete emails from that sender:
  1. Go to Settings in the top right -> See all settings -> Filters and blocked addresses
  2. Add a new filter and set the from address.
  3. Select Delete it and save the filter.

Add his email to spam list so he can no longer use that email anymore. Granted he’ll probably contact you from new email in future.

on another note, you should clear out your spam folder… your excuse doesn’t make sense here.
 
You might have to temporary use a different email address until he gets tired of spamming you.
