this is how i am doing everyday. you can use a clean proxy and run the boots post campaign directly on the post. Remember to select the correct account you want to add the card to, scroll down to the bottom and add the card

I usually add via ''Ads Manager'' software on mobile devices but recently the number of banned accounts has been increasing.
