How come this twitter has so many auto messages

Okay so I found this twitter channel: twitter.com/iLikeAssDaily and I started to study it for some time, it auto posts every 30 minutes with an ads every 2-3 posts. This page is old it's from 2010 and it's still active, any ideas how this person is automating this twitter?, I don't think he is posting it manually because he also has another page that post all on autopilot every 30 minutes: twitter.com/iLikeTitsDaily

I tried to set twitter many times on autopilot and had my account locked, and I think this happens to most of us here...

No, I wish I had some Twitter channels with so many followers, when I automate and start hitting 1k or more my pages usually gets locked down. The site you posted only gives retweets and what the owner of this page does is post a tweet every 30 minutes, I'm trying to replicate this, how to post unique content every 30 minutes on autopilot without getting locked down for verification...
