Maybe it's automatic and he just has you flagged as a spammer that he doesn't like.. Try changing up your info and see if you can slide thru the back door. Or try offering him cash...that usually works. :D
 
Who cares, if his site is full of spam, why would you want to associate your site with that? Just move on to another site.
 
Yeah it is probably some spam filter, try swapping IP and posting an irrelevant comment without any of your details. If that gets accepted you know you are blacklisted on his site and you can start posting to sites that may accept you.
