How come they not banned with bag?

How come this seller is not banned or auction removed selling a *Prada* fairy* bag fake?

Because I have a few bags left I bought and also watches and scared to list on Egay as I just got myself an account after being banned a year ago.

THat is another thing Egay said they contact after one year to reinstate account and they have not done that.
I also know a supplier that sells super A quality bags
