How come music compilations don't get copyright hits?

How videos like this get away with copyright claims/takedowns?

"A simple example: many compilation channels use super short pieces or edited/remixed versions that no longer match the original audio, so the system does not detect them in the same way. Others use music that the owner allows to use, but keeps the monetization. That's why the video doesn't drop, but the creator doesn't earn anything either.
