How come its alive

How come this forum is alive when all others are dead because of social media? And checking Alexa this forum has only 30% traffic from search engines.

The community is great, the moderation is amazing and all the services here have a certain quality standard.

Would be hard to discuss blackhat FB stuff within FB Groups. The nature of gray to black hat topics is such that mainstream social media is not the most welcoming platform. Discord, telegram and similar chat groups are also not suitable for a forum of this scope and member numbers. A classic web forum is just about the best way to organize this community for now. Discussion threads are searchable and not confusing. I can't imagine trying to cram as much information and people as BHW has into any "social media" implementation of a community site, it would be horribly inefficient. If you look at an individual thread or a sub-forum, that might have a chance on those social groups, but the BHW as a whole is way too big to not be an independent website. Also, you want to reduce the layers of 3rd party sandboxes that can suddenly betray and ban you.

cause people of BHW are not people that you can find on other social media : Funny, honest, succesfull, professional,motivating... so yeah i spend more time on BHW that any other on line forum or site

BHW is a lot better way to spend your time than lurking on any social media.

Because we cant talking about how to botting/spamming/other ilegal stuff of social media inside the social media

I'm still a bit of newbie to the BHW community, and I read more than I post. I'd say it's alive because other search communities online are so sterile from my experience. There's very little open debate to challenge the status quo, whereas BHW seems to have more open minded contributors.

Other sites are all about making Google richer. This site is about making you richer.
