How come I'm getting Traffic from Amazon?

I dunno how, but almost everyday, my Jetpack Site Stats keep showing I got some traffic via Amazon
Search Engine Terms.

I didnt do anything on Amazon.

Any ideas? I would love to expand on whatever it is

This traffic seems to come from bots.

1 min , it might be the referring website , that when a user go from amazon to yours as they no your website , still dont really add up ..

bookmarked but was just on amazon then gone your website

how many hits you had from amazon referred ?

unless it is a bot setup to bounce of amazon link while hitting your website , and that giving you the referal info as from amazon .
