How classify backlinks?

Anybody to tell me how classify backlinks. I gathered thousands of backlinks. But I don't know how to classify backlinks types. Any kind of software can process those backlinks?

Hope you are referring classified backlinks.
Classified backlinks means your backlinks should be from different sources like directories, bookmarks, web 2.0, .edu links, blog posts, private blog networks, document sharing site, video sites, blog comments, profile links etc.,

Yes,I mean that. How can I classify that? Has anything softwares?

I don't think any software out there to do this. You can write a custom micro script in excel and separate it.

Wa.. that will be a big work I think. Anyway ,Thank you for you advise,I will keep find some software which can process that.
