Hello guys, i would like to ask you which would be one good way to acess reddit after have got banned in one windows device, i would like to acess through one mobile hotspot but would be advisable to change the windows device ip? in which way?

Yes, use a new IP (VPN or mobile hotspot) and clear or reset your device/browser fingerprints before creating or logging into new Reddit accounts.
 
Switch to a different browser and connect via your mobile hotspot. Everything should work fine.

Were you banned on Reddit browser or the mobile app?

If it's mobile app it'll be difficult to spoof your fingerprint since reddit app does very intrusive device hardware profiling alongside the usual browser fingerprinting.

If it's browser based, then:
1. simply switch to a multi-login privacy browser like incognition
2. Get new fingerprint/useragent for a new browser profile
3. Open the browser and do some basic searches here and there to create a cookie profile (make sure the privacy browser is recording your cookies)
4. Get a good residenial rotating 4g proxy
5. add the proxy and create a new browser profile with new fingerprints, add the cookie file from previous profile, and create your reddit account.
 
Mobile hotspot is usually safer than VPN for Reddit bans
 
Use an anti detect browser, purchase an account and new proxy. You're good to go
 
It's easy Bro just use a reliable VPN or your phone’s mobile hotspot to get a new IP and then access Reddit again.
 
Reddit also tracks device fingerprints, so just changing IP might not be enough. You should also create a new Windows user profile or use a fresh browser profile with something like GoLogin or Multilogin.
