Buy a domain and cheap hosting...From there select a niche by researching the boards on how to find niches then hold on to your money as you should be doing everything manually to get a feel of everything..You might be able to make your registration fees and hosting fees in a month...I know people post search and read but seriously you just need to make a list of things that you need to get done and research each topic on the forums and write down information on each topic you learn, then you just slowly go from there...it takes time and patience...
