How can you see newly uploaded TikToks? Any analytics tools? Notifications possible?

Does anyone know if there are any analytic tools where you can filter Tiktok videos by Newly Uploaded? Or if there is a way to see the latest videos posted within a hashtag? I mean videos that have been uploaded in the last hour.

I am aware that there is a function in the app where you can filter by Yesterday/ Week but I need to filter by Hour/ Minutes. The easiest way would be to get notifications when the people you follow upload but that doesn't seem to work. Appreciate any help!

The first videos that you are usually the most recent ones. TikTok videos are kind of already sorted in view by recent. Other than that, the most you could do is keep refreshing your homepage until you see the most recent videos you can find out if they are recent by clicking the comments and checking the dates of comments.
