How can you get so many views with unoriginal content?

Placating the algorithm.
Engagement is important and it's (very generally speaking) a very big part of how a piece of media transcends through different areas of an algorithm.
This goes for Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Feeds & overall algorithmic performance are complicated math that's beyond my scope of understanding, but that's generally how it happens.

Youtube can be problematic in that department. You need some form of transformation to the content to make it 'fair use' or 'fair dealing'.
I believe TikTok & other networks follow a similar strategy with fair use copyright laws. But you have to change the content in some way. And you still may have a copyright claim take your monetization from that video.
Can you give examples of what you mean with "form or transformation" for such cases?

This is the issue I'm currently facing (see recent thread) -- I'm curious as to how TikTok defines (original) content? I recently edited a popular video with my own voiceover, and added some editing yet it's somehow instantly flagged as unoriginal.

the just use interesting sections of an anime to draw your attention I saw a few of those that music in the bacground is too loud videos are speed up too much that you can varely understand what is about and read it, is just click bait, content quality is not good at all in some of them, if you are able to get will done and with favorite scenes from people on those animes you will get people to watch it.

pretty sure the audience is big so the videos tend to get more views and tractions, it's anime.

Partly because they were lucky. Now you upload those videos again and they probably won't get many views.
