How can you focus?

You can switch between 2 methods. But make sure that you use your time, budget and even browsers and directories seperately for each path!
After you mastered this, you can start the third one.
As for me, I even use two different laptops.

Sounds to me you are a typical newbie.

Still in the phase of trying to find methods to earn the fastest with the least amount of time and when you read success stories you get that false hype so you try the methods of success stories to find out it isn't easy at all and give up.

I've said a 1000 times and will say it a 1000 times more, if IM was easy the whole world would do it but the matter of the fact is that IM is NOT easy!

If you got ADHD like @tglr or ADD like me it's a bit more difficult becausr then you need to accept the way you are and adapt to it.

But to me it just sound like you got newbie problems, you'll figure it out.
