how can you create so many epns without any problem?

I want to create some epn accounts. how do you people create so many epns?

that has to be unique ips isnt it?

I think it wont work with tor or cloakfish...

Don't use proxy or cloakfish to apply. try to use some good VPN or if you have a friend in US in case if you don't live there try to use logmein to his computer.
try to focus on the website that you want to provide for them to generate the traffic to Ebay.
