How can yahoo detect my ip everytime?

I am using rank tracker. Problem is, RT doesnt give me any result for yahoo search engine.

I have restarted my router (it is dynamic and gives me new ip everytime). However, still yahoo detects me and doesnt give me any result. I have tried using ccleaner, restarted pc and even used hidemyip to hide my ip. Beside, restarting router and changing my ip several times. But, no matter what i do, yahoo is still blocking me.

Though, i am using same keywords everytime. Can someone help me please

I have bought some proxies from bhw (dedi proxies for $1). So, i'll use it today.

Also, how to delete flash cookies? When i go to "under the bonnet" in google chrome and delete all cookies or use ccleaner ?

So, if this doesnt delete flash cookies whats the best way to delete them?

You might want to read the first link for additional information.
The second link will prevent them from being stored in the first place.

CCleaner should delete them in default settings when you scan your "applications" but it still doesn't hurt to read the links I think.
