run a viral campaign, would only take one post and you could delete it after an hour or two. Last one I ran I made into the 5 digits, with 15 thousand online for 3 days until facebook blocked it. PM me if your interested I can make the viral script and find a niche that would convert

It depends on the situation. If most of your Fanpage likes are just fake likes, then it is impossible to make money. But if these likes are real likes, you can just start with creating an authority or engage with them.

To know if your fanpage is full of Fake Likes, put a new update in your fanpage and observe if your fans are engaging with you. If it's not, then that's not good.

Most of the facebook fanpages do not have a niche (if we do not consider funny as a niche) - If the fans are from North america its still ok not to have niche . Create a storefront and sell affliate products (funny bumper stickers, shirts or mugs or cards). Do not spam them with products , post once a day , since you have million plus users it will defnitely monetize. Look at swag.io they offer free services to monetize fanpages
