How can we monetize junk traffic?

Hey men, how are you?

I've seen that here in BHW there are some cheap traffic sellers that are very rated from more than a year.
Now, I want to ask you, how can we monetize that traffic?
Get leads? Email Submits CPA offers? AdSense?

Tell me what is your experience, please

why do you think it`s called "junk traffic"???????????

It` doesn`t convert that`s why

I tried sending junk traffic at a blog with adsense, the arbitrage didn't quite work but it was close. If you're good at conversion optimization you might have a chance.

It's called junk traffic because its untargetted and when the people realize the domain they were looking for is expired or whatever they immediately leave. At $250 per million US hits I'd say there is opportunity to catch a few of those peoples attention though

Cheap traffic is cheap for a reason, it doesn't convert very well or even at all.

send to "made for adsense" sites. where the adsense block is the first thing that they see.

or some pop-up offer

Junk traffic is good for lowering Alexa Rank, which may help if you went to sell your site.

another use of junk traffic is watering down your EPC with CPA networks when you drive blackhat traffic to the offers which is obviously not allowed and your EPC would be suspiciously high, but you also need to be cautious with this, some of the networks are smarter than you think

Junk traffic is junk. It is hard to monetize it. However you can always try with some easy tricks like big banners with text 'WIN XBOX NOW' etc.

Sometimes with junk traffic people dont even really see the site.
