How can we make handsome amount on regular bases.

I posted this thread but did not get any suitable answer.
I'm working in online industry for the last 7 years.
We worked on vworker, odesk etc. took project and completed get paid. Then we started on fiverr and got success in local directories submission gig.
With the passage of time my worker team is also getting big and big and now there are 40+ workers in my team.

Can any one guide me that how can we get money on regular bases just by doing only one type of work ( like we do on fiverr, local directories submission)

Honestly, all you need to do is get into a profitable niche, offer a kickass product, and market the living hell out of it. If you do that, then you will usually make money. How do you do this? Well thats where you need to use your brain. Your running a business dude. You need to use your brain. Find a business that people are making good money in, and do it better than them, or do it for a cheaper price. You'll get some clients, then go from there. Business is easy once you get the idea generation down. If something happens, just think. Your in a situation right now where you need money (not really sure how you have 40+ employees though considering your desperate enough to ask how to make money). Just use your brain.

"handsome amount" seems hard to earn.
