how can we launch/ have an exchange like binance or ftx?
need lots of capital?
where can we learn about it?

It will need a lot of money. If you have lot of money, you can always hire the experts to set it up and get running.
 
Unless you have a lot of money available to set up the exchange and then invest a ton more money in marketing, it won't be worth it and will just sound like another small scam exchange
 
Start with local exchange catering to your country first and then go global.
 
You would need a lot of capital and a lot of know how. The skills needed to build that would be be very high.
 
Millions of dollars for security, tech and marketing. More millions for employees.
 
At current crypto stage it need ton of money . honestly if you don't even have 1 billion usd to focus on exchange project just forget about it. the only exception is if your country don't have any existing CEX than maybe 100 mill usd is enought for liquidity, and security both offline and online.

except you have some idea or solution than can make everyone around the world buy crypto with no hassle

You need a lot of employees and money, which i guess you dont have so dont bother with that find something smaller for beginner.
 
binance is tough. I have heard that you need like 800k for that ( they call it donation, but it’s pretty much necessary). Do whatever, don’t pay a stranger in hope that he will do it for you. You are gonna get scammed. Instead try to get hold of them through known contacts, or mail them officially.
 
just start a dex, way cheaper, easier, faster
copy paste uniswap code, and you can take over the world
 
Security is the major concern
Exchanges do get hacked
 
If you have to ask us, you can't afford it. A good exchange should have tens of millions in seed money ready to go from the start.

A DEX and CEX are completely different things. Yes, Uniswap and Pancakeswap are examples of a DEX, but they are completely different businesses.

They are barely in the same industry. If you want to run a CEX, you almost certainly have no interest in running a DEX.

What made you interested in this? The regulations can shut you down tomorrow and you will go bankrupt and probably go to prison.

There are much safer ways to make money.

Pretty terrible idea to launch a cryptocurrency exchange using a white label solution. The savings would be minimal short-term, and long-term would likely cost you more money (bugs and other issues). You have to have a full development team available 24 hours a day to respond to any emergencies. The development team would need to go through every line of code on the white label to ensure safety. The cookie cutter design would slow the adoption of your exchange and be a red flag to users.
